We also have won two GOLD MEDALS for our author's teas from Unique Selection made by Andrei Ivanov, the creator of AN SHIM TEA! Since we have been producing our teas since 2022 we are looking forward to creating a special tea selection fully made by AN SHIM TEA! This is a very big achievement for us as a tea producer and we are looking forward to continuing this way with even more enthusiasm and passion. AN II (2023)
THIS TEA WON GOLD MEDAL IN A CATEGORY - PUERH TEA: SHENG PUERH
This is our second blend which continues our author's product line created by AN TRA and AN SHIM TEA. Made from high-quality spring raw material harvested from ancient (350+ years old) tea trees from different provinces aged in a natural storage for several years before being pressed in 2023. All the material is one bud and two leaves. Very light and sweet, and ready to impress those who don't like astringency and bitterness in Pu'Er tea. This one is very smooth and delicious! The average age of raw material is about 3 years so it already gained some character and deepness. At the same time, this one is very different from our first blend "7566" and gives you more experience with Snow Shan tea from Vietnam.
SHAN TEA is a unique wild variety of Camellia Sinensis that grows high in the mountains of the Northern part of Vietnam. SHAN TEA or SNOW SHAN (snow-upon-a-high-mountain) arises from the thick snow-white coat of fur that embraces each silky green tea bud. This telling feature enables the tea leaves to thrive at a height of 2000 meters above sea level, hampered by bitingly cold and frosty climate all year round. Ranging along North West Mountainous area: from Hà Giang, Yên Bái, Lào Cai to Lai Châu, Điện Biên, Sơn La ... Each of those lands is filled with Snow Shan Tea traces. Depending on the different soil conditions, climate, harvesting habits, and crafty processing methods in each province, Snow Shan Tea Taste would vary accordingly. MORE

This blend was born from the idea to create a morning blend that meets all the criteria of traditional breakfast tea, as well as all the needs of 'Gongfu tea' lovers. As a result, this tea can satisfy the highest expectations. Can be brewed in both Eastern and Western ways. The tea consists of high-quality loose-leaf red (black) tea, blended in specific proportions to provide a rich, multifaceted, and complex flavour. Young buds and leaves are processed by experienced tea masters to create a high-quality product. Contains both buds and leaves, which provide delicate sweet notes and a rich, deep taste.
